Client reviews

In their words

★★★★★

"I climbed 7 towers of the Great Wall — something I never thought I could do. The stairs were steep and intense, but the best part? Zero knee pain, no breathlessness, and I felt in control the whole way. Sakinah's coaching, especially her breathing technique, made a huge difference. I paced myself with confidence and felt stronger than ever."

★★★★★

"The environment Sakinah creates is so encouraging and informative. I never feel discouraged — as she helps me adjust, adapt, and keep learning. I'm more comfortable in my body now, and that's something I've never felt from fitness before."

About your coach

Movement built for real life, not just the mirror

I've been a competitive athlete since I was seven, across a wide range of sports — and that path is where my coaching actually comes from. Years of competing gave me a first-hand understanding of training concepts, sports psychology, and the mindset shifts that actually move someone from stuck to progressing, not just theory I read about.

I started training people because I saw how movement shapes the way we live. Over time, I learned that movement isn't just about staying fit — it's about moving with intention, so you can keep doing the things you love, for life.

"My focus is helping you identify your training gaps, so you can get real, measurable results."

I coach to help people move better, feel stronger, and build a body they can rely on — whether you're just starting out, a seasoned lifter who's hit a plateau, or an athlete who needs dedicated strength & conditioning work alongside your sport. Together, we'll break through barriers and unlock your potential, turning every milestone into a victory through coaching that's personal, not generic.

FAQ

Everything you need to know

01What kind of training plans do you offer?
I offer both in-person and online coaching plans, tailored to whether you want hands-on cueing every session or a programme you can run yourself with weekly check-ins.
02I'm new to the gym. How do I know if I'm ready to start?
You don't need any experience to start. I teach everything from scratch — form and technique, how to use equipment properly, and how to programme for yourself down the line if you ever want to train independently. I teach training concepts, not just sessions, so you actually walk away equipped.
03Do I need a gym membership?
For 1:1 and 2:1 in-person coaching, no — sessions run at a fully-equipped space, so you just show up. Online coaching is built around whatever equipment you already have access to, gym or home.
04How long is each session?
Each session is 1 hour, inclusive of your warm-up.
05How quickly will I see results from training?
Most clients feel a difference in strength and confidence within 2–3 weeks, with visible changes in body composition by week 6–8. Consistency moves the timeline — not intensity.
06What kind of clients do you take on?
Honestly, anyone. I coach complete beginners, clients returning from injury, seasoned lifters who've hit a plateau, and people with a sports background who need dedicated strength & conditioning work. Programming is built around where you actually need work, not a generic template.
07Do you offer support outside of sessions?
Yes — for quick questions on nutrition or training between sessions, I'm available off-site at no extra cost. If what you need is a full written training programme, that's treated as its own service and priced separately.
